Why we love disappearing fountain systems

About our pottery fountains. All of our urns are of the finest quality. Each urn is hand made and high temperature fired. Each piece is unique and will have slight differences in color and shape. Some jars will have seep holes where the water may slowly drain into your basin. Since the basin catches the water this should not be a problem. Your jar may have kiln cracks, they are small cracks caused by the clay shrinking during the firing process. This does not affect the strength of your urn. You may notice other small flaws all of these are normal and are the nature of the product. We inspect all of our jars before shipping. We will not sell a damaged jar.
